Helping Veterans and individuals experiencing housing instability become self-sufficient in Upstate New York since 2012.

New York State’s Veterans Emergency Housing Assistance Fund assists New York State’s Veterans who are confronting emergency housing needs and lacking the funds to cover these immediate costs.

Soldier On provides in-home case management, referral services, and temporary financial assistance for housing to Veterans facing homelessness. Soldier On’s mission is to provide Veterans with the services and support they need to carry on healthy, productive lives in homes of their own.

If you’re homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, we can help. We offer many programs and services, and we can help you connect with resources in your community.

Supportive Services for Veteran Families, or SSVF, involves rapid re-housing and homelessness prevention programs for Veterans that are designed to respond to the crisis of homelessness or imminent homelessness. *This program does not serve Monroe, Seneca, or Wayne Counties

Veteran homelessness has faced America for decades. Meeting the basic needs of shelter is critical for any human being to reach their fullest potential. Veterans Outreach Center's Residential Community includes emergency shelter, transitional, supportive and independent living.

Warrior Salute Veteran Services offers all-inclusive, supportive housing services for Veterans at our Nucor House. Our program is aimed at providing a strong, supportive community to help Veterans reach their personal therapeutic, social, educational and community goals.

WNY Heroes offers the Heroes Bridge grant. This grant provides help with mortgage, rent and/or utilities.  Requests for assistance are screened and available once every three years per applicant.  The awarded amount is sent directly to those owed the funds.
