Help on the Homefront (HOTH) is a volunteer outreach program of Patriot Guard Riders of New York, which assists our military heroes and their families that reside in New York state. Their Veteran Transition Assistance program may provide security deposit/first month rent or one-time delivery of new furniture to homeless Veterans who are in financial need and have been a resident of an in-house program receiving counseling/treatment with Department of Veterans Affairs or other valid Veteran agency and are now moving into their own residence.
Soldier On provides in-home case management, referral services, and temporary financial assistance for housing to Veterans facing homelessness. Soldier On’s mission is to provide Veterans with the services and support they need to carry on healthy, productive lives in homes of their own.

Warrior Salute Veteran Services offers all-inclusive, supportive housing services for Veterans at our Nucor House. Our program is aimed at providing a strong, supportive community to help Veterans reach their personal therapeutic, social, educational and community goals.
